Rated 1 out of 5 by In happy customer from Disappointing I purchased this refrigerator approximately five weeks ago and I am not happy with it's performance. I had trouble regulating the temperture and had a authorized service representative come. The unit is located in an unheated space within the furnace room, he said the unit will not work well without heat, so I had my heating contractor open a duct and place a vent in that room to maintain heat and cooling in the space, the situation improved but is still not operating with even cooling between the freezer and refrigerator section. I had a two door refrigerator in that space for years without problems. I am not happy with this Whirlpool product.

I have spent hours on the phone with whirlpool to try to get this fixed. They use a company Called Platinum to service their warranty appliances in my area. Whirlpool will give you a time frame for service and then platinum callls the day before and says they can’t honor that honor that time frame and whirlpool doesn’t know their schedule ,which is not good when you’ve arranged for time off work I give 1 star for the ongoing issues I’ve had. The food I’ve thrown out and bad customer service I received form whirlpool and the their chosen contractor Platinum

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Love my Whirlpool The refrigerator I purchased is a little too deep for the space in my kitchen so it sticks out about 4 inches from the wall. I was going to exchange it for one that fits perfectly in the refrigerator space but after using it for a couple of weeks, I decided to keep it because it's easy to use. The bins on the side are not too wide and the bins in the interior slide smoothly which I love. Also the temperature controls are excellent because the vegetables are kept fresher longer than my previous fridge and the freezer temperature is just right; ice cream does not get rock hard. Overall for the price this is an excellent apartment size refrigerator.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Not a chef; I love simple home meals from Very nice basic refridgerator When I walked into my local hardware store, I explained that my fridge and freezer in my newly purchased home were both 63 degrees, with wild fluctuations in temperature (both fridge and freezer dropping to 0 Fahrenheit). I needed a dependable, reasonably priced stainless steel replacement. The hardware guy walked me right to this one, even talking me out of 2 more expensive ones, explaining the brand wasn't as dependable. So far, I've been really happy with this one. It runs quietly, the simple temperature knobs (cooler, recommended, and warmer temp -- no digital display) work just fine, and there is more than enough storage for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Climbing Rose Range from Never Worked Purchased 2/13/2023. Delivered 2/17/2023. Item has never worked. Contacted Whirlpool for service. Service inspected item and compressor is shot, needs replacement. Compressor out of stock and on factory back order no idea when available. Service recommended contacting Whirlpool about a replacement. Contacted Whirlpool many times with no satisfactory resolution. Because this unit was purchased as part of 4 total appliances from Whirlpool to update a kitchen in a condo I am selling I had to resolve the situation by getting rid of this non-working appliance and purchase another refrigerator using my own funds so the new owner will have a working refrigerator when they move in. The customer service was terrible!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Zanne from Handsome and sturdy. Nice price. Very nice features. Both the freezer and refrigerator sections' doors close tightly for you if you don't have a free hand to shut them. Not all refrigerator doors automatically close. The door sections that hold in your food are sturdy with good spacing. My previous refrigerator's door hold bars had too much space and the products wiggled around too easily when you opened and closed the door. They also broke. The veggie crisper drawers are accessible and easily slide out for cleaning. Although the chrome exterior is nice, you need to buy an outside cleaning agent to keep it shiny without smudges. It takes extra time to take care of it.
